But, the first coat is pigmented enough that you won’t need a second. Difficult to sharpen to a fine point due to the formula and the plastic (not wood) encasing. I liked this color in the tube, but it just didn't work with my skin tone; it seemed to have a gray tint to it when it was on my lips. I have a tiny sample size of Pillow Talk, so perhaps there's a difference between the sample and the full size. I was so excited to get the sample, but the color is not at all what I expected. If I apply a light layer, I'd say it looks like a warm pink.
